OneVoice27 · All Things New · Sept 2026 — Sept 2027

Your church has one year. We make sure your neighbors actually hear it.

OneVoice27 gives the world church a message. We give your congregation the 50 miles around it — a YouTube channel that works and geo-targeted ads that put All Things New in front of real people in your city. You film. We do everything else.

OneVoice27 gives the world church a message. We give your congregation the 50 miles around it — a YouTube channel that works and geo-targeted ads that put All Things New in front of real people in your city. You film. We do everything else.

No production crew required. Faceless formats available.

{01} — What Is Missing

The message is global. The decision is made on your street.

The message is global. The decision is made on your street.

A global voice, no local echo

The General Conference has committed US$27 million and set Hope Channel, Adventist World Radio and Adventist Mission to work. None of it tells the woman three miles from your church that your doors are open this Sabbath.

Views are not disciples

OneVoice27 was built so that interest awakened online leads to a Bible study and a local congregation. Someone still has to walk that person the last few steps, in your town. That is the part left to you.

One pastor, thirteen months

The launch is September 5, 2026. The worldwide emphasis comes to its height in September 2027. You have a calendar, a congregation and no media team. That is where nearly every pastor begins.

“You are the owner of the project.”

“You are the owner of the project.”

Erton Köhler, president of the General Conference, speaking to Adventist creators at the first Creator Summit, July 2026.

Pastor Erton described OneVoice27 not as something handed down through the church structure, but as a movement that divisions, fields, congregations and members are meant to take up and shape in their own language and their own place.

Which means the local half is yours to build. That is the part we help with.

{02} — Your Part and Ours

You speak. We carry it the last fifty miles.

You speak. We carry it the last fifty miles.

We work with what your church already records — and we help you exactly what else is worth recording.

01

Your church records

— On whatever you already have: a phone, your livestream camera, or the sermons already sitting in your archive.

— From a list we write for you: the questions people are already asking, in the words they ask them.

— Or not on camera at all. We build faceless formats from Scripture, voice, motion text and testimony recorded by your members.

2–3 hours of recording a month

02

DeepVision carries the rest

— Channel strategy, naming, artwork and playlists in keeping with the All Things New visual identity.

— Editing what you record into full videos and Shorts, with titles, thumbnails and search terms that help people find them.

— Google and YouTube campaigns aimed at the fifty miles around your building, and nowhere else.

— A simple page and a Bible-study request form, so every name goes straight to your own team.

— One report each month you can lay before your board and your conference without rewriting a line.

Ongoing, month to month

{03} — What to Record

We'll help with topics what to record. You already know how to answer it.

We'll help with topics what to record. You already know how to answer it.

Before a camera is ever turned on, we look at what people in your county are already asking, and hand you a written list of questions, arranged around the four All Things New pillars. No blank page. No guessing.

Pray Like Jesus

Short, quiet videos for the person searching at two in the morning. The kind of prompt we would send you:

“What do I do when God feels silent?”

“How do I pray when I’m angry at God?”

Serve Like Jesus

Evidence that your church exists on a real street, with real hands. This is what makes a stranger trust the address.

“What our church did in [your city] this month”

“Free health clinic — here’s who came”

Share Like Jesus

The honest questions people search for but rarely ask a pastor face to face. More people are looking for these than for anything else you could record.

“What actually happens when we die?”

“Why do Adventists worship on Saturday?”

Follow Like Jesus

The videos that turn a viewer into a name your team can pray over. Every one ends with a real next step, not a subscribe button.

“What a Bible study with us actually looks like”

“First time visiting? Here’s what to expect”

{04} — Your Fifty-Mile Field

A message the whole world can hear is of little use if your own city never does.

A message the whole world can hear is of little use if your own city never does.

We draw a fifty-mile circle around your building and spend every dollar inside it. Nobody three states away watches something your congregation paid for.

The distance a neighbor would drive

Videos run on YouTube inside a circle drawn around your building — roughly the distance someone would actually travel to sit in your pews on a Sabbath morning.

Within the rules, always

Google does not permit reaching people on the basis of their religious belief. We work within that: place, what people are searching for, and returning to those who have already watched. That burden is ours to carry, not yours.

Four numbers, every month

People reached within the circle. Time actually watched. Bible-study requests. First-time visitors through your door. Not numbers that flatter — the four your board will ask about.

The church’s money stays the church’s

Advertising is billed by Google straight to the church account. We never hold or invoice a dollar of it — we only steward it and show you exactly where it went.

{05} — Thirteen Months

From preparation to harvest, on the church’s own calendar

From preparation to harvest, on the church’s own calendar

01

Preparation

We study your channel and your county, apply the All Things New identity, deliver your question list, and set up the forms that carry names to your team.

3 weeks

02

Launch Sabbath

September 5 opens with a full store of content and the first campaign already running, so your congregation joins the worldwide launch on the day itself, not four months later.

Sept 2026

03

Sowing

Twelve months of steady publishing and quiet returning — turning neighbors who watched once into names your members can pray for, call and visit.

Oct 2026 — Jul 2027

04

Harvest

Every person who has been listening all year is invited to your September meetings — by video, by email, by name. The congregation is gathered before the campaign begins.

Aug — Sept 2027

This is not our first Adventist channel. We know the language, the calendar, the conference approval chain, and what your members will and will not want to see on screen.

{07} — Funding the Work

“I want this. There is no line in our budget for it.”

“I want this. There is no line in our budget for it.”

We hear this on nearly every first call. OneVoice27 was voted with real funding behind it, and conferences are looking for local work to attach it to. It only has to be asked for in the right form.

The money exists

The General Conference committed US$27 million to OneVoice27, with divisions and unions adding their own. Church leadership has said openly that this is a movement local fields and congregations are meant to own — not a program handed down finished.

We write the request for you

After the first call you get a one-page funding request for your conference and a short board presentation — scope, cost, timeline and the four metrics you will report back. You do not have to build the case from scratch.

Free, no commitment

{08} — Questions Pastors Ask

The honest concerns we hear on every first call

The honest concerns we hear on every first call

Does this replace personal evangelism?

No. It feeds it. Your members still do the visiting, the studies and the relationships — we just make sure there are names on the list to visit.

Who owns the channel and the footage?

Your church. Always. The channel is registered to you, the raw files stay yours, and if we stop working together you keep everything, including the ad account.

Do we have to be on camera?

It works best when someone is — people follow a face they can trust. But if that is not realistic for your congregation, we build faceless formats: Scripture on screen, voiceover, motion design, testimony audio.

Will it look like a marketing gimmick?

Nothing goes out that you have not approved, and we do not write your theology. We handle packaging, targeting and distribution. The message stays yours and stays inside the All Things New brand guidelines.

What about our conference communication department?

We work inside their brand standards and copy them on the monthly report. We are not trying to replace anyone — most conference comms teams are covering dozens of churches and are glad someone is handling yours.

We already stream our services. Isn’t that enough?

A livestream serves the people who already know you. It is almost never discovered by strangers. We use that archive as raw material and build the discovery layer around it.

Setup takes about three weeks

September 5 is the launch. Let us count the weeks together.

September 5 is the launch. Let us count the weeks together.

Twenty minutes, no sales pitch. We look at your channel, your city and your fifty miles, and tell you honestly whether this is worth doing for your congregation.
