Managing an international animation team posed a key challenge. To address this, we:
- implemented robust project management systems;
- held regular team meetings;
- utilized technology for seamless collaboration.
Clear guidelines and open communication ensured consistency and quality across all aspects of production, resulting in a successful outcome.
We launched the first animated episode, 3 kids' worship songs and various additional materials, a sticker pack, 20+ coloring pages, etc. We reached the first 92,000+ views and 550+ subscribers.
