Audited the clinic's YouTube channel, identified weak points, and delivered an actionable roadmap

Overview
A private healthcare clinic in Texas had been publishing on YouTube for over a year, but the channel wasn't bringing in views or new patients. They needed to understand why before investing further in video production.

What we did
We ran a full audit of the channel across four areas:
Content & topics — reviewed the existing library to see which subjects resonated with viewers and which had no search demand behind them at all.
Packaging — analyzed titles, thumbnails, and descriptions to measure how well each video attracted and held attention.
SEO & discoverability — checked keyword coverage, tags, and local search positioning to see whether the clinic was reachable by patients in its own service area.
Analytics — studied retention curves, traffic sources, and audience behavior to locate where viewers dropped off and why.
What we found
The audit surfaced several bottlenecks limiting the channel's growth: content built around clinical terminology rather than the language patients actually search for, weak first 30 seconds causing early drop-off, and a near-total absence of local SEO signals that would connect the channel to its Texas audience.
What we delivered
A structured audit report with a prioritized list of recommendations — what to fix immediately, what to change in the content strategy, and which topics to build the next months of publishing around. The clinic's team received a clear roadmap they could execute without external support.
